Join us at Munro's Books for Book Signing with Heather Fawcett and meet the author in person. She'll be signing and discussing her upcoming novel, Agnes Aubert's Mystical Cat Shelter—a cozy, fantastical tale of cats, magic, and romance.
Set in 1920s Montreal, the story follows Agnes, who turns to Havelock, a grouchy but charming magician and her landlord, to save her cat rescue. In need of a new home, the shelter moves into a space above his illegal magic shop, which is in the basement. As Agnes uncovers Havelock's shadowy past—rumours suggest his dark magic nearly sparked an apocalypse—a glamorous magician arrives looking for him, putting both the shop and the shelter at risk. To save the rescue, Agnes must team up with Havelock, who may now be trying to steal her heart.
