Graffiti targeting Victoria police officer spotted in Rock Bay

Graffiti targeting a Victoria police officer has appeared in Rock Bay. The department didn't detail the graffiti's message, but told the public in a Sept. 2 X post that "any concerns regarding officer conduct should be addressed through formal channels."
