A serene stroll through historic Government House transforms into a living, breathing gallery this summer. But only if you’re there to witness it. What will you uncover when art, music, and nature intertwine on Victoria’s most enchanting weekend of the year?


Overview: Festival at a Glance

• Saturday, July 26, 2025 – 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Sunday, July 27, 2025 – 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Location: Grounds of Government House, 1401 Rockland Avenue, Victoria, BC
Admission: Completely FREE (donations welcome)

What You’ll Experience

Explore over 130 stallholders selected for quality and creativity. You’ll find sculptural ceramics, leather goods, fine jewellery, textiles, stationery, pet accessories—and more—all crafted by hand.
Immerse yourself in a diverse lineup: Celtic tunes, Afro‑Latin fusion, Indigenous hip‑hop, children’s bands, public swing dances, salsa Rueda lessons, square dances, marimba jamming, and ecstatic dance sessions. Highlights include TK The Artist, PINDN, Red Hot Swing, The Slieves, and Capital City Syncopators.
Catch live muralists and installation artists at work. Don't miss the Indigenous Arts and Culture area with traditional and contemporary expressions.
Specially designed crafts and performances for kids to spark their creativity.
Savour locally‑sourced delights from food trucks, artisanal snacks, ice cream, and refreshing beverages—all set amidst lush gardens.

Getting There

Government House does not offer on-site parking. Expect to walk, bike, ride the bus, or hop aboard the festival shuttle (from central Victoria) provided by Experience Victoria. Details available on the festival website.

Accessibility

The grounds are accessible to everyone—bring your folding chair or blanket and find a comfy spot.
