• Night Illumination (Wednesday–Sunday): Admission gates close at 10:00 pm; gardens open for viewing until 11:00 pm
• Regular Hours (Monday–Tuesday): Admission gates close at 5:00 pm; gardens open for viewing until 6:00 pm

Getting There

By Car
Follow Highway 17 north from Victoria to the McTavish Interchange, then west on McTavish Road to West Saanich Road (17A). Continue to Benvenuto Avenue and turn right—ample free parking is available onsite.
By Public Transit
BC Transit Route 75 runs from downtown Victoria to The Butchart Gardens entrance. A DayPASS costs CAD $6 or single rides are CAD $3 each (exact fare only); service runs approximately every hour—check bctransit.com for schedules.
