Festival Overview

Dates: June 13–15, 2025
Location: Laketown Ranch Music Park, Lake Cowichan, BC
Venue: An expansive outdoor amphitheatre nestled amidst the lush forests of Vancouver Island, offering both natural beauty and state-of-the-art facilities.
Accessibility: Easily reachable via Highway 18, approximately 30 km west of Duncan, BC.

Camping & Accommodation

Enhance your festival experience by staying on-site:
Camping Options:
• Tents & RVs under 25 feet: Starting at $70 for Friday–Saturday.
• RVs over 25 feet: Starting at $90 for Friday–Saturday.
• Extended Stay: New this year, attendees can opt for a four-night camping experience, allowing for a relaxed departure on Monday morning.
Facilities: All sites are unserviced. Attendees are advised to fill water tanks before arrival.
Booking: Sites are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
* For those preferring alternative accommodations, Lake Cowichan offers a range of hotels, bed & breakfasts, and unique stays to suit various preferences.

Getting There

✓ By Car: From Duncan, take Highway 18 west to Lake Cowichan. Laketown Ranch is located 5 km west of the Lake Cowichan turnoff.
✓ Public Transport: While public transport options are limited, carpooling or shuttle services may be available.
* Note: Be cautious when driving at night, as Roosevelt Elk are known to inhabit the area.
