Event Overview

Dates: Friday, July 25 to Sunday, July 27, 2025
Time:
  • Friday evening kick-off (around 5:00 PM)
  • Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM at Fairgrounds
Venues:
  • Friday: Village Green (200 Main St)
  • Saturday & Sunday: Rec Hall Fairgrounds (160 Seaplane Base Rd)

What to Expect

This is not just a festival—it’s a heartfelt celebration of Ucluelet’s fishing and logging roots. Come feel the true West Coast community spirit, whether you’re a local or a visitor.
  • Logger Sports & Quirky Competitions: Axe throwing, pole climbing, nail driving, handsaw contests, choker races, and even a 50‑litre beer keg toss for prizes.
  • Build-a-Boat Challenge: The “Nail, Sail & Bail” contest invites teams to craft plywood vessels and race them—expect some splashy fun!
  • Parade & Pancake Breakfast: Saturday morning kick-off with a lively town parade and comforting pancake feast for the whole family.
  • Ukee’s Got Talent & Silly Shows: Baby crawling races, pudding‑eating contests, music acts—even you can sign up!

  • Live Music: Catch performances like the roots/reggae band Phonosonics on Saturday night, plus local favourites and surprise acts.
  • Food & Drink: Friday salmon barbecue at Village Green, seafood classics, food trucks, local brews at the beer gardens (over‑19 only).
  • Market & Vendors: Artisan stalls, retail trades, community booths featuring everything West Coast—snacks, crafts, and more.

Tickets & Entry Information

Admission Fees:
  • $10 for a full‑weekend pass
  • $7 per single day (children 3 and under are free)
  • $40 family weekend pass (2 adults, up to 4 children)

Payment: Cash only at Fairgrounds—no ATM on site. Bring small bills in case cards aren’t accepted.
