Meeting Point

Grassy patch at the base of Russell Street near the water. If arriving late, proceed down the Songhees Walkway eastward until you reach a small beach marked by a driftwood art piece.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 10 minutes early to ensure a prompt start.

What to Bring

Dress appropriately for the weather; waterproof footwear is recommended.

Weather Policy

The event proceeds rain or shine. In case of extreme weather warnings, the event will be canceled, and refunds issued.
