Nestled in the old-growth forest on Vancouver Island's east coast, Telegraph Cove Campground is a beautiful place for camping with amazing sights. The campground has over 120 sites with facilities such as laundromats, washrooms, and fire pits. Treed, partially treed, and field sites are available for discerning campers and RV enthusiasts. By camping there, campers would experience excellent privacy while enjoying the peace and seclusion of the campground.
The Forested RV Campground is just a short distance from the village tucked away in the gorgeous forest. Two lovely babbling creeks are at either side of the campground and a trail through the woods leading campers to Bauza Cove. By a short walk from the pleasant boardwalk, campers can access the marina, a quaint general store, restaurants, a pub, and a museum.
The area spoils the guests and visitors with colourful buildings, wonderful ocean-view, and a beautiful campground and resort with a spectacular atmosphere. At Telegraph Cove Resort, about 800 m (2624.6 ft.) to the Telegraph Cove Campground, different accommodations are provided, including landscaped campground sites, modern suites, historic homes, and snug cabins. Modern suites are set over the water featuring satellite TV, kitchens, awe-inspiring view of the ocean, marina, and village. The self-contained homes and cabins feature kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms with a beautiful Telegraph Cove view. Unique and lovely cabins are ideal for small or large groups of families or friends.
Telegraph Cove Campground is located on the eastern coast, North Vancouver Island. The Forest RV Campground is about 1 km (0.6 miles) away from the village's core. Telegraph Cove Campground is approximately 900 m (0.5 miles) from Telegraph Cove Resort and about 800 m (0.5 miles) to the parking lot, located at Telegraph Cove Resort. Telegraph Cove Marina & RV Park is an excellent place offering marina activities and RV recreational park with ocean view and cove view sites. It is located about 1 km (0.6 miles) to the campground. Kokish River is 1 km (0.6 miles) and Beaver Cove 2 km (1.2 miles) to the north of the campground. Lakes to the north are Sua Lake, 10 km (6.2 miles), Thiemer Lake, 11 km (6.8 miles), and Roselle Lake, 12 km (7.4 miles). Ida Lake, 10 km (6.2 miles), Mudge Lake, 19 km (11.8 miles), and Bonanza Lake, 17 km (10.5 miles), are to the south. Malcolm Island
is to the northeast and Pearse Island to the east, each 5 km (3.1 miles) away. Hanson Island, 6 km (3.7 miles), and Harbledown Island, 12 km (7.4 miles), are to the southeast of Telegraph Cove Campground.
