Getting to Art 10 Gallery from downtown Nanaimo is via Terminal Ave N and Island Hwy N/BC-19A N. It is 9.7 km (6 mi) and takes about 13 minutes.
Go head northwest on Wallace St toward Wentworth St for 500 m (1640.4 ft). Turn right onto Comox Rd and after 93 m (305.1 ft), turn left onto Terminal Ave N/Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1 N. Continue to follow Terminal Ave N and after 2.7 km (1.6 miles) continue onto Island Hwy N/BC-19A N. Drive 5.7 km (3.5 miles) and turn right onto Rutherford Rd (signs for Rutherford Road). After 280 m (918.6 ft) turn left onto Wills Rd. Go on 41 m (134.5 ft) with a slight right to stay on Wills Rd. Destination will be on the left, and after 400 m (1312.3 ft), you will reach Art 10 Gallery.

From Victoria to Art 10 Gallery, the fastest route is via Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1 N. It is 122 km (75.8 mi) and takes about an hour and 30 minutes.
Take Government St to Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1 N for 1.2 km (0.74 mi). Continue on Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1 N to Nanaimo and drive 118 km (73.3 mi). Continue on Mostar Rd and drive to Wills Rd. After 2.0 km (1.2 mi), you will reach Art 10 Gallery.
The front space is a parking lot, and you can easily park your car there. If you're taking a bus, Uplands 4590 block bus stop in Uplands Dr is the closest to the gallery, only 450 m (1312.3 ft) to the north.
Art 10 Gallery was founded in 1976 and so far has made many remarks in Nanaimo's history. Among them are raising funds and helping to Save Neck Point in 1994 and a silent auction to support the lands Nanaimo and Area Land charge in its purchasing of parkland around Mt. Benson in 2009.

Since Long Lake is close by, you can stroll there and relax on a lovely beach with a stunning view of the lake, and while doing that, you can order something from the many take-outs in the center.
