Getting to the Rosewall Creek Trail from Nanaimo is via BC-19 N. It is 75.6 km (46.9 miles) and takes about 45 minutes.
Head west on Fitzwilliam St toward Wesley St and drive 800 m (2624.6 ft). Continue onto Third St and after 1.9 km (1.18 miles) go on to Jingle Pot Rd for 650 m (2132.5 ft). Turn right onto BC-19 N (signs for Campbell R) and drive 68.5 km (42.5 miles). Turn right onto Cook Creek Rd (signs for Deep Bay/Fanny Bay/British Columbia 19 Alternate) and after 1.8 km (1.1 miles) turn left onto Island Hwy S/BC-19A N (signs for British Columbia 19 Alt N/Fanny Bay). After 1.8 km (1.1 miles), turn right onto Berray Rd. Destination will be on the left, and after 210 m (688.9 ft), you will reach Rosewall Creek Provincial Park.

Rosewall Creek Trail is 186 km (115.5 miles) away from Victoria via Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1 N and BC-19 N. The whole route takes almost two hours.
Take Government St to Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1 N and after 1.2 km (0.7 miles) follow Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1 N and BC-19 N to Cook Creek Rd. Drive 181 km (112.4 miles) and follow Cook Creek Rd and Island Hwy S/BC-19A N to Berray Rd in Fanny Bay. After 3.8 km (2.3 miles) you will reach Rosewall Creek Provincial Park.
