Goose Spit Regional Park is a sand spit creating the Comox Valley together with Gartley Point. Goose Spit Regional Park kiteboarding is well-known. Also, other water activities, such as paddling and swimming, can be done here. Excellent scenery and great habitat, sandy and rocky beaches, diverse wildlife, coastal ecosystems, and a sheltered lagoon are other facets of visiting the place. Parking lots, picnic tables and three benches linking to walking trails along Hawkins Road (Hawkins Greenway) are other features of this regional park.
