In the Wild Pacific Trail (Ucluelet Light House Loop), an incredibly scenic hike is worth trying, suitable for storm watching. It overlooks Broken Islands and Barkley Sound to the east and the Pacific Ocean to the south and west coast of Vancouver Island. The Lighthouse Loop also offers a stunning view of the rainforest, marshes, and Amphitrite Point Lighthouse.
Wild Pacific Trail features a hot storm watching spot with hurricane-force winds. The dense forest acts as an umbrella for every season of the year. The Wild Pacific Trail consists of two trails, Lighthouse Loop and Big Beach; in each one, watching storms is enjoyable.
The Wild Pacific Trail is located on the west coast of Vancouver Island in Ucluelet. The trail is near He-Tin-Kis Park and Terrace Beach, where you can have multiple pleasures. One kilometre (0.6 miles) to the north is Little Beach with Little Beach Resort, where you can have a retreat and Majestic Ocean Kayaking with excellent service. A fishing adventure is possible 2 km (1.2 miles) to the north of Lighthouse Loop at Marks Reel Fishing Adventure.
You can get there from Nanaimo via Alberni Hwy, Pacific Rim Hwy, go from Tofino-Ucluelet Hwy, then Peninsula Rd, take Coast Guard Dr.

It experiences the coldest month in January with a maximum temperature of 7°C (44°F) and a minimum temperature of 2°C (35°F). The high rate of precipitation is from October to March. Snowfall is from November to April.
