Getting to Willows Beach from Nanaimo is via Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1 S. It is 115 km (71.4 miles) and takes about an hour and a half.
Take Wallace St to Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1 S for 550 meters (1804.4 ft). Turn right onto Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1 S and drive 108 km (67.1 miles). Continue on Finlayson St to your destination in Oak Bay. After 6.7 km (4.1 miles), you will reach Willows Beach.
From Victoria:
The fastest route from downtown Victoria to Willows Beach is via Johnson St. The whole route is 5.2 km (3.2 miles) and takes about 10 minutes.
Start your way head to south on Broad St toward Johnson St for 94 meters (308.4 ft). Continue on Johnson St and take Fort St to Dalhousie St in Oak Bay for 4.9 km (3 miles). Go on Dalhousie St, and after 140 meters (459.3 ft), you will see the beach in front of you.
There is no designated hiking trail to reach Willows Beach.
