Keel Cove dive site is a shore diving location near Neck Point Park. Accessible through McGuffie Road and Keel Cove Lane, the Keel Cove shore is located near a steep path or a set of stairs. Visiting the place is so challenging because of the steep trail leading to the beach. There may be a chance to observe Sea Lions and shallow reefs. Going to Neck Point Park offers ample opportunities to watch various fishes, Sea Lions, Sea Pens, Anemones, and even Feather Stars.

Follow Terminal Ave N, Departure Bay Rd and Hammond Bay Rd to McGuffie Rd for 10.5 km (6.5 miles). Continue on McGuffie Rd. Drive 450 m (1476.3 ft) more to reach Keel Cove Ln.

Getting to Keel Cove from Victoria is via Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1 N. It is 122 km (75.8 miles) and takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes.
Take Government St to Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1 N or 1.2 km (0.7 miles). Use any lane to turn left onto Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1 N and drive 110 km (68.3 miles). Follow Terminal Ave N, Departure Bay Rd and Hammond Bay Rd for 10.1 km (6.2 miles) to reach Keel Cove Ln.
